1. Agreement and acceptance

By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place requests.

These Terms do not replace the individual service agreement/order terms that may be confirmed during booking or before performance. In case of conflict, the individual order/service terms apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with mandatory consumer law.

2. Service scope and results disclaimer

Car detailing, PPF installation, and ceramic coating results depend on the specific vehicle condition, prior paint/film condition, maintenance, exposure to environmental factors, and the selected materials and preparation method.

We do not guarantee specific appearance, defect-free outcomes, or durability for every vehicle. Existing damage (including chips, scratches, dents, paint defects, corrosion, poorly bonded previous films, or non-standard surfaces) may affect final results.

You acknowledge that variations in color, gloss, surface texture, and long-term performance can occur. Where defects are present prior to services, outcomes may not fully remove them unless the scope of work expressly includes such remediation.

3. Booking, offers, and contract information (e-commerce)

Information about the provider and essential service details is provided on the website before/at contract formation. This includes the provider identity and key information necessary for contract/dispute handling.

For online offers and ordering, this website provides consumer-relevant information in line with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII.

4. Consumer rights

Where applicable, services offered via the website to consumers are provided in compliance with Ukrainian consumer protection rules, including providing legally required information about the provider and the service.

This Terms of Service is subject to mandatory provisions of Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

5. Provider information and state language

Service-provider information provided to consumers (including on the website) is intended to meet state-language information obligations under Ukrainian law.

This includes compliance with Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної".

We are not responsible for outcomes that stem from factors beyond our control, including vehicle condition not disclosed to us, subsequent maintenance, accidents, improper use, exposure beyond recommended conditions, or changes made by third parties after service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law applicable to consumers.

8. Acceptable use

• You must not use the website to harm, disrupt, or interfere with its operation.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• You must provide accurate information when making requests.

9. Contact and service requests (redirect-only form)

If you submit a request through the website’s contact/lead form, the form submission redirects to a thank-you page. The final submission endpoint and redirect behavior are controlled by the site assembler.
